Vedanjana's online yoga programme is taught by the same teachers who lead our residential retreats in Rishikesh — practitioners trained in the classical tradition with a deep understanding of yoga as a therapeutic and spiritual science, not a fitness routine.

Before You Begin

What equipment do I need for online classes?
A yoga mat and enough floor space to extend your arms fully in all directions. A stable internet connection and a device with camera and audio for live classes. No special equipment is required for most classes — we will mention any props needed (like blocks or a blanket) in the class description beforehand.
Can I attend if I am a complete beginner with no experience?
Absolutely. Our Morning Hatha, Evening Meditation and Yoga Nidra classes are fully accessible to beginners. During your first class, please introduce yourself in the chat and your teacher will give you additional guidance throughout.
What happens if I miss a live class I have paid for?
A recording of every live class is available for 48 hours after the session. If you are a member, recordings are available indefinitely in your library. Drop-in purchases can be transferred to any future class within 30 days with 2 hours' notice.
Are the classes suitable for people with health conditions or injuries?
Our therapeutic yoga classes are specifically designed for people managing health conditions. For other classes, we ask that you mention any significant conditions when booking — our teachers adapt their guidance accordingly. For complex medical situations, a private session with Dr Nisha is recommended before joining group classes.
Can I book private 1-on-1 sessions with a teacher?
Yes — private sessions are available with all our teachers at ₹1,800–₹2,400 per 60-minute session depending on the teacher and session type. Members receive quarterly private sessions included in their plan. Book via the yoga booking page or WhatsApp us directly.
How does the membership cancellation work?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Your access continues until the end of the paid month. Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be paused for up to 3 months in the case of travel, illness or other significant circumstances.
