100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India

The 100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program is an organized 11-day, 10-night program offered by the Vedanjana  in Rishikesh, India. Those who are interested in mastering the yogic disciplines in an organized, comprehensive manner can do so with this brief TTC program. The course covers the basics, which is helpful for anyone who are new to yoga or who have been doing it as an enjoyment. Our institution works to infuse the basic principles of yoga studies with a depth of knowledge and practice. The curriculum aims to provide students with a comprehensive yoga education that will encourage their personal and divine growth by integrating body, mind, and breath practices.

The curriculum covers the fundamentals of yoga through vital disciplines such as pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa are the main asana techniques taught at our school. Students will workout for six days and take one day off each week. Our school arranges a half-day excursion for the students on this rest day, which can include a visit to one of the holy locations in Rishikesh. Normally occurring on a Sunday, the rest day may be moved to a weekday to avoid crowds of people and traffic in Rishikesh during the busiest period of year.

Typical Daily Schedule: 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course

This 100-hour yoga training is scheduled to consist of six days of intense study and practice, followed by a half-day visit to holy temples and memorials on the seventh day. You will receive three yoga vegetarian meals, along with fruit refreshments and green tea, during this yoga teacher training.
