300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India

Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Vedanjana in Rishikesh, India is a sequel to the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training, which is held over 28 days and 27 nights. After completing your 300 Hours Yoga TTC, you will have accrued 500 training hours overall.

In order to assist our students’ personal and spiritual development, we at Vedanjana take care of integrating comprehensive studies of yoga and spirituality into the lectures and practices. The program comprises all of the fundamental subjects, including yoga philosophy, anatomy, shat kriya, asana practices, pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditation.

Our school emphasizes the Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa methods for asana practice. Students will workout for six days and take one day off each week. Our school plans a half-day excursion for the students on this rest day, which may include trips to historical places, a waterfall, or a city exploration. Normally occurring on Sunday, the rest day may be moved to a weekday to avoid crowds of people and traffic in Rishikesh during the peak tourist season of year.

Overview: 300 Hour Yoga TTC in Rishikesh, India

You would probably be searching for a 300 Hour Yoga TTC to continue your studies after completing the 200 Hour Yoga TTC. The 300-hour yoga teacher training course can be taken from the same yoga school where you completed your 200-hour course, or it can be taken from a separate school with distinct teaching methods and traditions.

There may be an adjustment time for students who transfer yoga schools for their 300 Hours Yoga TTC. The 200-hour yoga teacher training curriculum is created by different yoga schools in a variety of ways, including variations in asana styles, yoga traditions, class material, subjects that are covered in-depth in each class, and even slight variations in how the same practices are taught. Since students are more attracted to physically demanding trainings than to holistic yoga studies that allot training hours for yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, meditation, yoga nidra, or other subtler practices that work with the mind and emotions, many 200-hour yoga teacher training programs place a greater emphasis on asana practices and less emphasis on these subjects.

In our 300-hour yoga teacher training program, some students discover that they have already covered a number of topics from their 200-hour yoga teacher training program from a previous school, while other students discover that they have never heard of a number of topics or have never been exposed to a number of fundamental practices that are combined with various practices at a more advanced level in the 300-hour yoga TTC, making it difficult for them to follow certain practices. These changes based on the prior yoga experience of each learner. Thus, while completing your 300-hour teacher training course at a chosen yoga school, it’s critical to be aware of potential variations you might encounter and to maintain an open mind and patience.
