During the retreat, take a well-deserved rest day, when our school organizes a half-day excursion to a sacred site in Rishikesh. Explore the mystical Vashishtha Cave or visit the revered Kunjapuri Temple, immersing yourself in the spiritual essence of the region. The excursion cost is included in the course fee.

Daily Schedule: 14 Days Yoga Nidra Retreat in Rishikesh, India
This 14-day yoga retreat includes a half-day excursion to a holy location. It is one of our 14-day yoga retreats. You will receive three vegetarian meals throughout your yoga teacher training, along with afternoon masala chai. Because it is beneficial to the yoga retreat for the students to get to bed early—before 10 pm—we urge them to do so.
