Our 5 Day Breath & Pranayama Retreat program is designed to help you achieve peace, balance, and harmony in your mind, body, and spirit. Our 5 Day Breath & Pranayama Retreat is a transformative journey that takes you on a deep exploration of the self through Breath & Pranayama.

During this retreat, you will experience the ancient teachings of Breath & Pranayama in their purest form, and learn how to apply them in your daily life. The program includes daily yoga and meditation classes, workshops on yoga philosophy, pranayama, and yoga anatomy, as well as opportunities for self-reflection and self-exploration. Our experienced and knowledgeable teachers will guide you through each session, helping you to develop a deeper understanding of the practice and its benefits.

Curriculum: 5 Days Breath & Pranyama Retreat

  • Intro to mantra science
  • Morning prayers & Evening prayers
  • Surya-namaskara 12 mantras along with bija mantras
  • Meditative steps of performing the hatha yoga; centering, entering, refining, holding, coming out, and reflection
  • Surya namaskar (sun salutations)

Daily Schedule: 5 Days Breath & Pranyama Retreat in Rishikesh, India

This 5 day yoga retreat includes a half-day excursion to a holy location. It is one of our 5 day yoga retreats. You will receive three vegetarian meals throughout your yoga teacher training, along with afternoon masala chai. Because it is beneficial to the yoga retreat for the students to get to bed early—before 10 pm—we urge them to do so. The following is the normal daily plan for our school’s 5 day Breath & Pranyama retreat in Rishikesh, India:
