Typical Daily Schedule: 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
This 200 Hour TTC includes an excursion every Sunday to a holy location. It is one of our 20 days yoga teacher training program. You will receive three vegetarian meals throughout your yoga teacher training, along with afternoon herbal tea. Because it is beneficial to the course for the students to get to bed early—before 10 pm—we urge them to do so.
