I had a wonderful 10 days in Vedanjana. I attended a lot of drop-in classes and a three-day yoga beginner course. It’s setting, instructors, and classes helped me find the tranquility I so desperately needed at the moment. Spending time in this ashram helped me get back on my feet and find serenity as someone who was experiencing anxiety as a result of numerous unpleasant occurrences occurring at the same time and who was at a crossroads in my life.
I especially like the meditation classes, which together with my yoga practice gave me a plan for the future.
