A Week to Reset, Done Properly
This 7-day retreat follows the classical three-stage structure of Panchakarma: Purva Karma (preparation), Pradhana Karma (the main cleansing) and Paschat Karma (recovery). It suits you if you want a real, supervised cleanse without committing to two weeks or more.
You'll receive one primary cleansing procedure, either Virechana or a short Basti sequence, as our Ayurveda Doctor advises.
What Panchakarma May Do for You
Panchakarma prepares your body, cleanses it and then helps it recover. Many guests notice the changes below, though results vary from person to person.
Better digestion
Your doctor-advised diet and cleansing may ease bloating and heaviness and help your appetite and digestion settle into a steadier rhythm.
More energy
As your body lets go of sluggishness, you may feel lighter, more awake and more energetic through the day.
Better sleep
Daily Abhyanga, Shirodhara and early nights may help you fall asleep more easily and sleep more deeply.
A calmer mind
Yoga, pranayama and Yoga Nidra may help you feel less stressed and mentally clearer.
Less stiffness
Oil massage and herbal steam may ease muscle and joint stiffness so you move more freely.
A routine to keep
You leave with a written take-home plan for diet and daily routine, so you can keep the benefits going at home.
These are possible benefits, not guarantees. Your doctor advises what suits you.
Your Seven Days
Preparation
You begin with a doctor assessment and dosha analysis, then follow a personal dietary protocol, with daily Abhyanga oil massage and progressive Swedana herbal steam to loosen toxins and prepare your body.
The main cleanse
You receive Virechana or a short Basti sequence under doctor supervision, as your doctor advises, alongside daily Abhyanga and Shirodhara. Your treatment sessions run longer and you get extra rest time on these days.
Recovery
You gradually return to regular food, with restorative Abhyanga and Shirodhara, and a final doctor review that ends with a written take-home plan for you.
What You Will Receive
Abhyanga
You receive a daily full-body massage with oils suited to your dosha, as your doctor advises.
Swedana
You get a herbal steam after massage to open channels and ease stiffness.
Shirodhara
A continuous stream of warm oil over your forehead for deep calm.
Virechana (or Basti)
Medicated cleansing, or Anuvasan (oil) and Niruha (herbal decoction) Basti, as your doctor advises.
Your treatments are prescribed individually. Results vary by person and constitution, and this retreat is not a substitute for medical care.
